Bill provides Business Leadership Development and Consulting to organizations where he shares his 40+ years of extensive experience in developing, implementing and managing leadership, property management and development strategy. While Bill’s heart is in leadership, his head is also in the business of maximizing productivity, increasing revenue and lowering operating costs.
He understands that competitive advantage is not just about operational efficiencies but also leadership development with strategic vision.
Bill really began his career in the US Navy, a training ground for discipline and working together. Following the Navy, he led Staff Loss Prevention for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company and owned his own tire business. During his 20 years at Grove Park Inn, he led performance management, leadership and customer service development programs and served his last 4 years as Executive Director of Operations at this world-class four-star hospitality organization. Bill is the author of The Key To Putting Heart Power In Customer Interactions. He served as a consultant for Mission St. Joe’s Hospital, Residence at Biltmore Resort, Bark Wells Resort, Mountain Biz Works, Harmony Motors, Horse Shoe Farm, guest speaker at Sandals Resort Jamaica and as a business leadership mentor to several up and coming organizational stars. He is a Certified Hospitality Supervisor with honors and the recipient of The American Hotel & Motels Lantern of Knowledge Award, a Chief People Officer and a past Dale Carnegie Trainer earning the Highest Achievement Award.
