Jasmine graduated from Western Carolina University with a degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After graduation, she worked for the university’s dining services, catering and retail operations and then moved into the financial end of the food service division. She quickly developed an interest in seeing how finances affect the bottom line through fund allocation and solid budget planning.
At Peridot, Jasmine is a “Jill of all trades.” She assists the consultants with a wide range of projects ranging from tax support to bookkeeping assistance. She interacts with clients to ensure they have the consultant support they need and thrives on working with a diverse client base.
Jasmine says it’s her open-minded attitude and proactive nature that make her the ideal fit for working at Peridot. When she’s not wrangling projects and people, she enjoys sampling Asheville restaurants and taking long walks with her 6-pound Yorkie-Pomeranian.
