Noriko is originally from Okinawa, Japan. She spent a year in New Mexico as an exchange student and completed her high school diploma while in the U.S. She later went on to attend the University of Maryland and graduated with an accounting degree in 2020 before joining Peridot in 2021. She’s a Quickbooks Certified ProAdvisor and loves financial math and numerical spreadsheets, especially when it comes to helping people stay financially on track and businesses to grow. 

 

While she continues to expand her knowledge of professional accounting, Noriko is working towards becoming a Certified Public Accountant. She knows that accounting plays a big role in making or breaking a business. 

 

She is well versed in assisting with tax returns and other financial projects and enjoys working with the Peridot team where they readily share knowledge and have innovative communication systems in place. She’s married, enjoys traveling and exploring the world around her and spending time with family.
